Firstly, I’d like to say a quick thanks for checking out my brand-new website.

I’m a fairly new author and have only been writing for a few years. It has always been something I wanted to do but never had the confidence to pursue. Now I’ve thrown caution to the wind and immersed myself and completed my first book.

Its been a tricky road to get to this point. Unfortunately, I came out of school with zero grades and for a long time wondered what an under-educated girl, from the wrong side of the tracks was going to do with her life. I went to college, studied hard to become a hairdresser and passed. But as hard as I’d trained, something didn’t fit. For a few years, I flittered from job to job trying to find that thing that just worked, something I could get excited about. Writing had always been there. I was just too scared to try. Or scared I would fail.  

I meet my husband when I was sixteen and he has been by my side, encouraging me ever since. It was his support that got me here. And here I am!
